INSTALLATION AND PRINT

I work with materials and mass production as a way of exploring values and how we use our resources.  I work through the materials using their inherent properties and related processes and develop ideas and associations as the work progresses. The main concerns in my work are spirituality and environmental issues and the key characteristics of my work are ethereal and of landscape.  The main influences for my work come from everyday life and the need to give deeper meaning to what we do.

ACCESS TO ART

I have made a commitment to developing the arts scene in Harrow and have contributed to many arts initiatives including setting up new art groups and organizing exhibitions.  I am also involved with art and education projects and have worked with many organizations to create community public artworks throughout London.  I believe in promoting empowerment through art practice and am convinced of the benefits of both advocacy and continuing education by this means.
